and events related to health disparities. Subscribers receive links/attachments to the
latest resources
identified by AHDC on their selected topic by email. Please join the ADHC email
network of
your choice to receive these updates.
 To subscribe to the AHDC email network, please use the AHDC email network subscription
form. You will
receive a confirmation message within two weeks to verify your subscription.

that
